How do you have a Batman comic without an appearance by Batman or Robin? This little gem manages to do just that covering over a two month span as Bruce finds himself in a plot straight out of a 40s movie. I loved this one. I really don't have much to say. The art is fantastic and the pace of the story works nicely as Bruce tries to work out why young Karen Drew (love the name too) is innocent of a murder she didn't commit.
I have found the comic strips very hit or miss, but this is the best of the series so far. And what's next, Citizens? More newspaper fun as we look at the Sunday funnies.
